1Password Customer Support has been one of the best, if not the best experience I've ever had with any customer support. After explaining my problem, I was immediately given nice feedback and different solutions to my problem. At every moment I felt like they care about my problem and they really want to help resolve it. Since 1Password does not have a customer service phone number, and because they also don't have live chat as an option, you probably are going to have to end up filling out a form and then conversing with 1Password over email or a slower medium. But we can help speed that up for you if you indicate what kind of problem you are having above.
1Password Customer Support exists but 1Password Customer Support exists but it is incompetent. They refuse to list a phone number where they can be reached. They want to solve issues with back and forth emails. I’ve been trying to resolve and issue for 5 days and all I get is the run around. Joshua and Jen have been no help at all.
1Password employs a “zero-knowledge” policy: They don’t store, track, or sell your data. It’s also known for an extremely secure platform that provides defense in depth for data in transit. Data breaches have become distressingly common even at some of the largest tech companies, but 1Password is notable for having operated for a long period of time and never having been compromised by a data breach.
Even in the event that this should change, 1Password’s wealth of other defenses for your data make it unlikely that your passwords could be compromised. It provides two-factor authentication, but that’s just the beginning. The software offers end-to-end, 256-bit encryption that makes the interception of data in transit close to impossible. PBKDF2 key strengthening makes your master password resistant to brute force attempts at decipherment, and 128-bit secret keys employed for each of your devices and in your emergency kit add a further layer of security. 1Password also offers auto-lock and phishing protection and further augments password strength with the powerful Watchtower tool, which alerts you to weak passwords and offers dark web monitoring to ensure that any passwords you employ or generate haven’t previously been compromised elsewhere.

We also asked him about how he’s using some of our more advanced features, and he gave us some insight into how Postmark is not only providing business intelligence, but how he plans to use our bounce handling to help his customer service team be more proactive:
I love the tagging. It allows me to quickly see how many emails we’re sending and why. Before Postmark, I had no clue how many emails we were sending and why. Detecting bounced emails is also very interesting. I plan on alerting our customer service team when a bounce occurs so we can proactively followup with customers.
